Suffice it to say it was almost a pajama party. But nobody did my nails & we didn't do the levitate thing. We just suffered big hangovers...

Have only been on Bk a short time and had never done the online dating thing before. This site was mentioned by a few people in the singles mc I belong to. So I figured what the heck, I'd give it a shot. If you've seen some of my other posts, you'll realize that I've been roped and tethered a few times (yep, that's pretty much how it ended up feeling, hence the many escapes to freedom haha.) But, I'm still a hopeless romantic at heart and love to ride, so here I am.

I have met three guys in person from BK. Two are really great and they love to ride, too. Norty's been a great help with my new little baby cruiser. Thanks again Norty, you're awesome! And my other friend, who lives out there in the desert, had been real s*ick for a few weeks. Those bugs just keep getting tougher every year. Now, his back just needs some more time to heal, ouch, which hopefully will be soon. Get Well, D !!! The third one just wanted to 'do me' (can i say that?!) and buy me sexy 'apparel' But, I don't move that fast. He's been nice enough though not to contact me since I told him we just weren't really compatible.

Why do so many guys wanna move soo fast? Even when you tell them you want to take things slow and ride together some to see if you even like each other, what a concept, haha, some of 'em are still pretty persistent. Maybe that's another topic. haha

I correspond with a few long distance, just friendly motorcylcing chat and questions on my part haha. I'm enjoying some of the conversations that peeps post here. Hope to meet up and ride with some of you, but I sure ain't going to the east coast in January :) Maybe you'll come out here to southern California some time. weather conditions as they are, now might be good :) the sun should be shining all next weekend !

I have been on the B/K site for almost a year . I talked to a few very nice people and until the meeting / party at Jugs I had met 2 people from here both are good people . I found out if you post in the forums and have a pair of reading Glasses you will met some great people on B/K . I look foward to seeing you all again on the 7th and meeting everyone in NYC .

I've been here since last April. Dated a couple of guys at first, (total fiascos lol), and decided that "cyber dating" wasn't my thing. I started posting in the forums on one of the "Why are Men Such Lyin, Cheatin, Lowlifes" threads.

It was suggested that I keep posting to let people get to know me, and for me to get to know them. The warm welcome I received truly shocked me.... What an awesome bunch of people we have here.

Last Saturday night, 9 of us met up at a club on Long Island and had a blast. It was like I've known em all my life.

Oh ya and I've met Roxie...ya baby! I went to Alabama with a banjo on me knee and a song in my heart...got caught in a blizzard in chicago...a plane went off the runway...my plane took off many hours late then at 10000 feet those little yellow things popped out of the cealin...no pressure in the cabin.. sheesh...got another plane and finally got to see this Sweet Fine Lady...about 12 hours late...I musta looked a site.. for the record...it was soooo worth it.
Met DOC, DD and UG..went on a coupla rides with them...got some good food and laffed lots...It's like I hit the biker lottery...to all of you...thanks

hi :) Been here almost 3 months. Met a couple people who were great. The forums have provided a venue to meet many through writing. Bringing many laughs and forming some nice relationships that otherwise would never have happened without the forum. It's nice to read other peoples thoughts and ideas. I thank all of you who have listened to me, given me the opportunity to listen to you, and those who have made me crack up laughing no matter how long my day was. I have been on here for about 6 months and have met and rode with several of the men. Talked to a lot of both male and female.Who knows maybe somewhere down the line I will meet the love of my life, but if I don't I will still enjoy meeting and talking to everyone.

Hi, I have been on here only a month but have met some great friends. I did meet one guy in person for a bout 5 min. It was no love connection but he is still a very nice man that I would call friend. I think you get out of something whatever it is you are putting into it.

It would be great to meet "The One" if there is such a thing. But I actually am having more fun meeting friends and knowing that when I travel there are people in all these states that have warm feelings for me and I for them.

We have common interests and Bikers are, for the most part, a rare breed of humans who have a special sense of genuiness. They are candid, honest, upfront and tough as nails...Like me :-)A sense of loyalty that is unmatched and I find that they make better friends. Friendships that last a life-time instead of a season.

It was hard at first for me. Like the name suggests, it is first and foremost a dating site and I'm a married man. But there seemed to be something that told me to stick with it and be honest. A "let's see what happens" attitude.

I have met some fine folks in person at a gathering. I feel I have made some true friends from that bunch. People I'll ride down and see when Summer comes back to the Northland. People I'll meet at a rally or a ride.

I've got a few pen pals that I enjoy writing to back and forth and have found others that share many similar interests besides motorcycles. People I can talk to and they respond and talk to me.

Once I passed the roadblocks of folks wonderin' why I'm on here and figgerin' if I can be trusted, it was easy. One gal even asked someone if I was "OK" to talk to. When the person she asked told her I was OK, she e ma iled and that was that.

When you go to a rally and sit around and BS w/ strangers, you're makin' friends and it's the same thing here, pretty cool I think.

I haven't looked for or met "Mr. or Mrs. Right For Me" on here, but I have met real compassionate caring people. I think you can't have enough friends in this world.
