first date would be something simple and out in public so you would feel comfortable, maybe a drink and food, with a ride after of before, your choice

My first date would be meeting up ,going for a morning ride to the mountain's, to have a coffee, and poss brunch. If all goes well, set up a 2nd date, that include's more time together.
